Welcome to Ayurveda Conference Australia Events!
​We are seeking presenters with experience and vast familiarity with their chosen subjects. You must follow the guidelines strictly to qualify to present. Please check the links below as well. 
Please know that sending your presentation material (video, slides and handout) doesn't warrant the telecast unless you meet all the following criteria.

making your presentation - steps

Screen Recorder App Here are some free and paid screen-recorders with webcam. They are similar and different.

If not the help pages and videos, YouTube will show you how to use them as well. 


A. Video
  1. Good lighting - easy on the eyes. A front, back and top lights are ideal, but not necessary.
  2. Simple and non-distracting background. 
  3. Clear and strong voice with no background noise. 
  4. Landscape orientation not portrait. 
  5. HD quality - 1080 pixels tall and 1920 pixels wide. 
  6. Your head should be in a prominent position in the frame.
  7. You must look into the camera at least 50% of the time, in a natural way rather than staring.  
  8. Looking professional is vital esp. with your face, hair and clothing. 

B. Slides and Pdfs
  1. Use 5-10 slides for a 1-hour presentation. Not more. 
  2. Slides should be easy to read with simple layout.
  3. A slide can have up to 6 lines, and 6 words in a line. 
  4. Font size should be large and nice to look at.
  5. Please avoid reading everything from each slide.
  6. Use the slides to enhance to presentation. 

C. Handout
  1. Avoid handout, unless it is necessary. It may distract.
  2. If you have handout, please send us the pdf version.
  3. Use large letters (16-20 points) for easy reading.
  4. Avoid reading from each page of your notes.

D. Content delivery
  1. Content should be easy to follow, nicely flowing.
  2. As this is not a classroom or clinic, a light-hearted approach is welcome. Keep your words precise as well.
  3. If you use a technical term define it briefly and clearly either during the presentation, on your slides or on your handout.
  4. Standing or sitting, you should be in a comfortable position to deliver your material pleasantly.
  5. Prepare your material for practitioners, students and general public at the same time. 

E. Duration
  1. Must stick with the duration mentioned for each event. 

F. Please Do Not
  1. Do not thank everyone under the sun! 
  2. Do not spend time on chanting or meditating.
  3. Strictly NO marketing, we'll promote you nicely. 
  4. Do not say "I have only a short/limited time" or "I need more time to explain it", instead you may say "I love to explain it at the next presentation", or if suitable "it's outside the scope of this presentation" etc.

  1. My name is... I do this and this... (max 1% fo the time)
  2. Today I am sharing with you .... (max 1% fo the time)
  3. Intro (why and what of the topic) (max 5% fo the time)
  4. The content is .... (at least 93% of the time)
  5. Comments in the chat box. Thank you. (max 1% fo the time)​
