- Secure the phone/camera with a tripod or something similar. Make sure your camera is at your eye level.
B. Your position
- Stand in front of the camera, as stay steady as possible.
- Gaze at the camera softly and frequently during the presentation.
- Hold your body still, use your face and hands to communicate and express.

- Avoid saying or acting like "I have only 20 minutes", "it's only an introduction" or "I can't share everything in 20 minutes".

- Thank the organisers or your teachers/gurus/lineage/system in 10-20 seconds if you prefer. Or just present your topic which can make it crisp!

- Talk to your camera as if it is your easy and nice friend.
- Speak nice and loud as if the audiences are 10-20 feet away.
- If you make a mistake, pause for 2-3 seconds and just say "correction" and say the correct version and keep shooting with the rest of the presentation.
- Once finished, watch it a couple of times to make sure you are happy with it.
- You may edit it or we can do it for you.
