Agreement to Avoid Commercialisation: I understand that if I am accepted as a presenter for the conference, I will not use my presentation time to promote commercial products and interests.
Organizing your presentation: Each speaker is required to strictly abide by the allotted timings.
Title: Is the title appropriate/relevant to the central theme of the conference?
Quality of Presentation: Organization of the slides, clarity of slides / videos/ demonstrations, coherence, etc.
Presentation delivery: Poised, clear articulation, proper volume, steady rate, eye contact and confidence, diction, not reading from the PPT, command over subject matter
Subject matter: Is the subject matter comprehensive, relevant, supported with adequate data and references (from classical or authentic ayurvedic texts and/or modern scientific research), implementable, innovative thoughts and ideas?
Coverage and pace: Complete coverage of entire planned presentation with adequate pace, without skipping any key points within the allotted time slot.
Overall presentation: Are the objectives of the presentation stated clearly at the beginning of the presentation, is the flow of the presentation logical and in proper order/sequence, and does the presentation end with a proper conclusion and recap of the topic?
Q & A session: Were the replies to Q & A appropriate, to the point and with relevant base/background of subject context.
Experiential Knowledge: Is the presenter merely relaying textual/book knowledge, or is this knowledge based upon first hand experience through their practice as an ayurvedic or integrative health practitioner?
Level of audience engagement: Engaging audience attention, intensity of interest and response.
Time Management: Completing the presentation within the allotted time slot.
Permission to Record Speakers and Conference Proceedings: I hereby irrevocably agree and consent that Ayurveda Australia may use all or part of my presentation for their use. Ayurveda Australia has the right to use the audio/video and other reproductions of my work in connection with any motion picture or television program or Internet content in which it may be incorporated, and in any advertising material promoting it. Ayurveda Australia may edit my presentation as it sees fit. Ayurveda Australia shall have all rights, title and interest in any and all results and proceeds from said use. The rights granted Ayurveda Australia is perpetual and include the use of this presentation in any medium. All or part of it may be used, in radio broadcast, cable television, video, DVD, CD, Internet and any other medium anywhere in the universe. This consent is given as an inducement for Ayurveda Australia to use my presentation. Ayurveda Australia is not obliged to make any use of this presentation or exercise any of the rights granted it by this release. I have read and understand the meaning of this release.
