Dear Marketing Manager
I am delighted to inform you that the Ayurveda Conference Australia team (www.ayurvedaconference.com.au), following such a great response to our initial conference in March of this year, have scheduled the 2nd Science based Ayurveda Conference in Sydney on the 14th and 15th April 2018 titled ‘Exploring the power of Ayurvedic Phytochemistry’ .
The speakers for the 2018 conference include Australian multi-disciplinary experts
PLUS 1 International Speaker - an Ayurveda Phytochemistry Master.
On the panel of speakers, we are thrilled to have Denis Steward presenting, who has been referred to as the “Godfather of Australian Herbalism” and as spearheading the “Herbal Renaissance” in Australia in the early 1970s as well as Dr. Giselle Cooke who has served in an advisory capacity to government committees on complementary and alternative medicine over the past twenty years. She also served on the executive of the Australian Complementary Medicine Association, was convenor of Health Network Australia and spokesperson for the Complementary Health Care Council.
This is going to be a conference not to be missed with such high calibre presenters hand-picked for their significant contribution to Alternative Medicine in Australia and beyond.
While over 20,000 herbs are used in India, almost 2000 of them are native to Australia!
Over a hundred herbs used by modern herbalists have been used by Ayurvedic Practitioners for thousands of years. While the clinical Ayurvedic principles are easy to be infused into any health practice, native Australian Ayurvedic herbs have huge potential in healing as well as converting Australia as a herbal and financial hub, which will build and empower modern natural therapy worlds.
This email is therefore a personal invitation to Health Professionals and Students across Australia who are interested in exploring the wealth of Ayurveda Phytochemistry to gain a clear understanding of how to integrate this ancient wisdom and the use of the Ayurveda herb extracts into modern practice as well as enhance their existing knowledge about the 100 single Ayurveda herb extracts, 300+ Ayurveda formulas available in Australia & well over 1700 Ayurveda herbs native to Australia, some of which are endangered in India!
- Early Bird Student Tickets until the 30th September 2017 are $320 for both days
- Early Bird General Admission until the 30th September 2017 are $370 for both days
